1. Booking Amount (Advance Payment)

Customers may pay a booking amount (₹499 / ₹999 / ₹1999) through Razorpay to reserve a GODAUP electric scooter. This booking amount is adjustable in the final invoice at the time of delivery.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their booking within 48 hours of payment. Cancellation requests must be made via Email: sales@godaup.in or WhatsApp: +91 8527950449.

3. Refund Policy

If cancellation is requested within 48 hours, the booking amount is eligible for refund after deduction of processing charges (2–3%). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. After 48 hours, the booking amount becomes non-refundable but can be adjusted against future purchase within 30 days.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable if the scooter has already been dispatched, delay is caused due to incorrect customer details, or cancellation is requested after dispatch or invoicing.

5. Delivery & Balance Payment

The remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of delivery. In case of refusal at delivery, the booking amount may be partially or fully forfeited depending on logistics costs incurred.

6. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

Any failed or duplicate payments will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
