GODAUP Technology Private Limited is engaged in the assembly and sale of electric scooters in India. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payments

Customers can book scooters by paying an advance amount through Razorpay. The booking amount is adjustable in the final invoice. Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. GODAUP reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Order Confirmation

Order confirmation is subject to successful payment and availability of stock. GODAUP reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and logistics. Delays due to external factors will not be the responsibility of GODAUP.

7. Warranty

GODAUP provides up to 18 months warranty on battery, charger, motor, controller, and chassis. Warranty terms apply as per company policy.

8. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

GODAUP Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.

10. User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information during booking and payment. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to cancellation without refund.

12. Governing Law
